Summer Camp Information Sheet
Rules for parents:
Please note that your child’s space in the summer camp program is not confirmed
till your check for $275 + $40 has been cashed and required documents are completed.
Field trip fees are also due at the same time. This saves us all from sending in
cash every week for the trips.
After care is available at the rate of $2 per hour per child. Please let the staff
know in advance about your requirements for after care, so that they can plan out
staff and space accordingly. You will be billed according to your use, on a half-hourly
basis every week. Prompt payment is expected from you for the smooth operation of
this program.
For the safety of your children, we request that you sign in and sign out your children
from their class.
The children must be picked up from class on time as the teacher cannot take the
responsibility of baby sitting. If you need after care arrangement for any particular
days, please inform the office or teacher in advance.
Things to remember:
Please make sure your child has a full night’s rest.
Give your child a good breakfast that does not include caffeine or high amounts
of sugar.
Take your child to the bathroom before bringing them to school.
Give your child a snack for school. Please do not include soda or candy in their
snack. Also, be aware that other children in your child’s class might have certain
food allergies that you will need to be mindful of.
Please do not let your child bring any toy weapons to school. If a toy weapon is
found it will be confiscated by the principal and returned at the end of the day
to the parents.
It is a good idea to give your daughters a scarf so that they can use it for prayer.
Please do not send your child to school if you feel that he/she is sick since other
children might catch the sickness from him/her.
