AM Session: Students should be in by 10:00am and no earlier than 9:50am

PM Session: Students should be in by 1:30pm and no earlier than 1:20pm

Assembly is a very important part of the school. Everyone stands together, sees each other, and listens to a selected child recite the assigned Quranic verses. The director has direct contact with the children as an educator.

Teachers take attendance of the students shortly after the class begins. If a child is absent 3 consecutive times without school notification, the school may take action to remove the child’s name from the class list. Parents will be notified first. Payments will not be refunded. Student's name will have to go on the waiting list if they wish to reapply.

Early Arrivals: When students are dropped off too early it causes a lot of confusion. Sometimes the teacher is not in the room yet, and your children must be supervised at all times. In addition to the fact that, in many cases, before classes begin is the only preparation time available to the staff.

Late Arrivals: All students who arrive late must be accompanied with a parent to sign them in at the office and obtain a note for the child to enter the classroom tardy. Teachers must see a note from the office for the child to be allowed into the class. Late arrivals cause undue disruptions to the classrooms. Habitual late arrivals will be dealt with separately. This policy is designed to raise the awareness of punctuality and respect for others in regards with keeping time. Parent cooperation is crucial for the success of this policy.

IMPORTANT: The first half hour and the last half hour are very important. No child will be allowed to enter or leave the classroom during that time period. If you send a note, a child will be excused 30 minutes before class ends.

Late Pick up : We have neither the time nor the ability to supervise kids that are not picked up on time. It is crucial that you be there for your child. Sometimes teachers are kept over time to watch students that are not picked up on time. This is highly unfair to teachers who may have other obligations that they must attend to. The school reserves the right to levy a charge, subject to a maximum of $1 per minute, for late pick up of more than ten minutes.
