Served as ADAMS' first female HR and Administration Director in 2013 and conducted the first ADAMS job fair in 2014, along with resume and interview workshops for community members. Now seek to serve on the board.
Served 9 years combined as Treasurer and Vice President on an HOA board, overseeing finances, governance, and community operations. Also led HR and administration at ADAMS, setting policies for staff and volunteers.

ADAMS should strengthen governance and financial transparency, invest in technology and data security, expand youth and family programs, and build sustainable volunteer and staff capacity to support continued growth.
