Assalamu Alaykum,

My name is Saba Asad, and I’ve had the blessing of calling Virginia, and the ADAMS community, home for over 15 years. As a mother of two and former PTO President at Radiant Hearts Academy, I’ve always believed in nurturing the next generation through service and unity. I had the honor of serving as ADAMS Center’s Marketing Lead for four years, including during the pivotal COVID period.

Today, I continue that mission through Minar360, a startup app my team is building to connect halal restaurants, Muslim-owned businesses, and masajid with the ummah. I have also volunteered with the ADAMS Leesburg branch and currently support ACHN’s marketing efforts. With experience in strategic planning, communications, and community-building, I hope to re-engage our youth, strengthen internal processes and communication, and help uplift the work environment for the staff and volunteers serving our community through ADAMS Center.

It would be an honor to serve on the board and contribute to a stronger, more connected ummah, together inshaAllah.
