Instructor: Dr. Daoud Nassimi
The greatest knowledge a person can attain is knowledge of Allah. The more deeply we know our Creator, the deeper our gratitude, love, trust, worship, and obedience can become.
This 10-week course explores how the Qur’an calls human beings to know Allah through revelation, reason, and reflection. Students will examine the existence of God, the signs of Allah throughout creation, His Names and Attributes, the meaning of Tawhid, and the deeper implications of the Shahadah.
The course will also engage contemporary questions surrounding belief, reason, science, and arguments about the existence of God, helping students develop a faith that is both deeply rooted and thoughtfully understood.
From foundational questions about who Allah is to the practical implications of Tawhid in everyday life, this course offers an opportunity to strengthen iman while developing a clearer and more meaningful understanding of the One we worship.
