Tafsir of Surah Ya-Sin

Surah Ya-Sin calls its reader to reflect on revelation, faith, the signs of Allah, human accountability, resurrection, and the reality of the life to come.

In this 12-week course, Imam Kebba Sallah will guide students through a study of Surah Ya-Sin, helping participants move beyond recitation toward a deeper understanding of its meanings, themes, and guidance.

Through careful study and reflection, students will consider how the Surah addresses fundamental questions of belief: the truth of revelation, the mission of Allah’s messengers, the signs of His power throughout creation, resurrection after death, and our ultimate return to Him.

The course offers an opportunity to develop a more thoughtful relationship with a frequently recited chapter of the Qur’an and to consider how its message should shape our faith, priorities, and awareness of the Hereafter.
