Nabil Rahman has been a resident of Virginia for the past 25 years. Originally from India, he was born and raised in Dubai. Throughout the years, he has been actively involved with the ADAMS community. As a Healthcare IT business owner, Nabil brings extensive professional experience in the public and private sector.
He has spearheaded various community-driven initiatives, addressing both local Loudoun County issues and serving as the Branch Operations Committee lead at ADAMS-Ashburn. He has organized Ramadan Interfaith Events with Loudoun County leaders, Hosted Neighbor luncheon, Established daily Isha/Fajr Khatera program, and coordinated the Will Planning Seminar, Youth Education Program (YEP), and a Ramadan Education Series.
