Many Voices. Lasting Impact.

Every lasting change begins with someone who chooses to get involved. When we learn together, speak up together, and organize together, that first step becomes a ripple of impact across our community.

ADAMS Ripple Effect is a civic engagement initiative for ages 16 and up, bringing our community together to understand how public decisions are made, identify the issues that matter to us, and turn shared priorities into meaningful action in Virginia.

Town Halls Across All ADAMS Branches

Community Town Halls

Learn. Share. Take the next step.

These approximately one-hour conversations introduce civic engagement and Advocacy Days, explain how to participate in MAD, and help you prepare to meet your representatives. Through discussion and Q&A, we will listen to the concerns and priorities of the ADAMS community to help guide our advocacy.

Open to the ADAMS community ages 16+, including registered voters and those beginning their civic journey.

Educational Seminars

Understand power. Build influence. Learn to lead.

These approximately two-hour sessions explore how American Muslim and minority communities can grow their influence in Virginia. Participants will examine how power works, strengthen their organizing skills, and prepare to volunteer, lead meetings with elected officials, and carry this work forward.

Designed for motivated participants ages 16+ and open to anyone ready to learn and contribute.
