Clubs are a great way to get active at your Masjid and to connect with others through recreational and special interest activities here at ADAMS.

Boy Scouts

The Boy Scouts is an international organization catering to young men between the ages of 12 and 18 years old. Boy Scouts is dedicated to helping them
build good character and skills for success, through fun friendship and confidence building activities. Boy Scouts provides young men with a feeling of
belonging and trains them to be well-rounded individuals and proficient leaders. The ADAMS Boy Scouts incorporate Islamic traditions to enable young men
to understand how to successfully balance success and growth in life without compromising faith.

The program seeks to achieve the Boy Scouts Association’s objectives of developing character, citizenship, and personal fitness. Boys who have earned
the Arrow of Light Award, or have completed fifth grade, and are at least 10 years of age. The ADAMS Boy Scouting program runs on committed Muslim
volunteers who are serve as leaders, role models, and mentors to the young men they serve in the community. Interested boys can join either Troop 786 or

Girl Scouts

The Girl Scouts is an international organization catering to girls between the ages of 7 through 18 years old. This program is dedicated to helping
girls build good character and skills for success, through fun friendship and confidence building methods. Girl Scouts provides girls with a feeling of
belonging and trains them to be well-rounded individuals and good leaders.

The ADAMS Girl Scouts program incorporates Islamic traditions to enable girls to understand how to successfully balance success and growth in life
without compromising their faith, including celebrating Islamic holidays together and having the opportunity to earn the Islam patch. Our ADAMS Girl
Scouts leadership team includes Muslim volunteers who have been training by the Girl Scouts Council.

Cub Scouts

Cub Scouts is for boys who are in the first through fifth grades or who are between 7 to 10 years old. Boys who are older than 10 years old or those
have completed the fifth grade, can no longer join Cub Scouts but they more than welcome to join the Boy Scouts program. The ADAMS Cub Scouts program is
held every Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the lower level of the ADAMS Center. For more information, please contact cubscouts@adamscenter.org.
