Attendee hereby forever release and waive, on behalf of themselves and their attending family member and friends, the right to bring suit against ADAMS Center, its trustees, directors, officers, owners, security personnel, employees, agents, volunteers, or other representatives in connection with all claims, liability, and damages that attendees and their accompanying members may have for personal injuries, illnesses, medical expenses, or other loss resulting from the participation in activities, including without limitation the exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19. Attendees understand that this waiver means that all individuals attending activity and services at ADAMS Center, gives up the right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim attendees their family and all those attending with them may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen. The releases contained herein are for the benefit of ADAMS Center and are binding on the attendees and their accompanied family, friends and, all other parties& partners, their heirs, beneficiaries, legal representatives, executors, administrators, and assigns. The release shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. If any clause, sentence, paragraph or other provision of this Release is, for whatever reason, deemed void, or otherwise unenforceable, then such language shall be severed, and the rest of the Release shall remain in full force and effect.
