The goods and services shown are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the terms you desire; however, any funeral arrangements you select will include the charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing in the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR STAFF & OVERHEAD Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff and Overhead* ……………………………..…..……….. $1,650.00 To better serve our clients, we are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. This is the basic fee for the services of our funeral directors and staff to respond to initial requests for service; arrangement of funeral; preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and permits; recording vital statistics; coordinating service plans with cemetery. Also included in these charges are religious ritual washing (Ghusl), shrouding, casket for visitation & transportation to/from All Dulles Area Muslim Society (ADAMS) Funeral Services. This fee includes proportionate overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative costs and equipment and inventory costs. better serve our clients, we are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. This is the basic fee for the services of our funeral directors and staff to respond to initial requests for service; arrangement of funeral; preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and permits; recording vital statistics; coordinating service plans with cemetery. OTHER PREPARATION OF THE DECEASED: A. Alternative Care: Bathing and Surface Disinfection $150.00 B. Refrigeration $200.00

FUNERAL HOME FACILITIES : A. Facilities and Staff for Funeral Ceremony (Includes direction and supervision in mosque or other designated place.) $200.00

AUTOMOTIVE EQUIPMENT: A. Funeral Hearse $750.00 This fee includes professional service within 20 Miles radius**:

Decedent pickup from place of death
Delivery to graveyard delivery

OTHER :

Filing & Obtaining Out-of-State Permits/Certificates (Includes obtaining and filing transit permits and death certificates, might have additional fees of $250.
Out of area service is available with additional charges of $3 per additional mile.
